Perfect Pushup or Iron Gym Total Upper Body Workout Bar?
i saw ads for both of these products and i want to get one of them. but im not certain on what i should get. does anyone know which one is best to tone ur muscles. im 15 and a half, around 5’5 and about 120 lbs. im in good shape and pretty muscular. my main concern is getting my pecs bigger. so which product will give me better results on pecs and is overall the best choice?
